- Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) Battery Pack: Serving as the core energy storage component,which offers a long cycle life, superior safety performance, and stable operational reliability.

- Hybrid Inverter (Megarevo MPS150KW): Enables bidirectional AC-DC power conversion to meet the requirements of power generation and grid integration.

- Integrated BMS and EMS: The BMS works with the battery pack to monitor data in real-time and prevent overcharging, over-discharging, and cell imbalance; the EMS acts as the central control unit, coordinating overall energy dispatch logic.

- Industrial-Grade Air Conditioning/Thermal Management System: The air conditioning unit maintains a constant ambient temperature for the battery cells, effectively extending service life and enhancing system stability.

- Comprehensive Aerosol Fire Suppression System: This automatic fire suppression system comprises the fire piping, exhaust fans, and fire controller shown in the diagram; it activates immediately upon detecting a risk to ensure operational safety.

This 723kWh energy storage container is a core component of the photovoltaic-grid-diesel hybrid microgrid system.

As a critical bidirectional power conversion hub, it stores solar DC power and converts it into AC power usable by industrial loads. Serving as a bridge between photovoltaic modules, the grid, diesel generators, and end loads, it coordinates multi-energy complementarity under the intelligent scheduling of the energy management system (EMS).

It achieves optimized solar self-consumption, peak load shifting, and emergency backup power, stabilizing the power output of the grid system and ensuring a reliable and secure power supply for the factory.

This design maintains the battery's cycle life and charge/discharge efficiency without affecting its performance, even under harsh extreme climatic conditions.
