SAIL SOLAR BESS-I261 is an integrated liquid-cooled hybrid energy storage cabinet with 261kWh rated energy and optional 100~125kW three-phase 380V inverter.

It unifies power generation, conversion, energy storage and power consumption in one standalone outdoor cabinet, supporting PV self-consumption, peak-valley arbitrage and emergency backup power modes.

The unit can directly connect diesel generators without extra matching equipment and supports AC parallel expansion, delivering stable, safe and cost-saving power supply for C&I energy projects.

The BESS-I261 adapts perfectly to multiple application scenarios including large residential communities, shopping malls, agricultural farms and small factories.

 

It integrates power generation, conversion, energy storage and power consumption into one single unit. Equipped with premium hardware configurations and intelligent control software, the system supports flexible operation modes: on-site PV self-consumption, peak-valley electricity arbitrage and emergency backup power.

 

It fully satisfies regular daily power demands and allows parallel connection with diesel generators. In this way, it delivers steadier, safer and more cost-effective power supply for end users.

 

System Operation Principle of PV & Energy Storage Integrated Charging Station

This whole system connects the grid, transformer and 400V AC bus as the main power supply.

 

On-site photovoltaic panels generate electricity to charge the energy storage cabinet directly. The storage system supplies power to charging modules for electric cars, trucks and buses.

 

Users can remotely monitor and control the system via mobile phones and web terminals. It can store cheap off-peak grid electricity, ease grid load pressure during charging peak hours, realize solar self-consumption and reduce overall power cost.

Internal Structure Introduction of Integrated Outdoor Energy Storage Cabinet

The battery modules serve as the energy core, paired with composite fire detectors for real-time hazard monitoring.

Once risks are detected, the aerosol fire extinguisher automatically suppresses early fires and stops thermal runaway.

 

EMS acts as the central controller to realize intelligent energy dispatch. A built-in dehumidifier eliminates internal condensation to avoid damp-induced short circuits.

The liquid-cooled unit balances cell temperature steadily to slow battery degradation under heavy loads.

 

The high voltage control box and power distribution system undertake high-voltage interlock protection and safe power distribution. All components are pre-installed and calibrated at the factory for quick outdoor commissioning.
